School Philosophy

As Clarice Hansen has said, Svend would want the students to know that staff care about them and want them to be safe.  He would want all our students to be happy and successful, to develop friendships, and accept the challenges that go with learning and become caring responsible citizens- he would want this to be the focus of the school.

Our staff will work diligently to create a school culture and community of learners based on these ideals.  We will use our District’s Cornerstone Values of Accountability, Collaboration, Equity, and Integrity to guide our work together and create a school culture and environment where all students have the opportunity to reach their maximum potential.
